I’m always in awe of the skill of wedding cake makers so this fantastic creation by Michael Burns of Special Days Cakes for his own wedding really caught my eye. With Half a ton of mixed fruit, 20 kilos of marzipan, 3,000 eggs and 20 bottles of rum, it’s Britain’s biggest wedding cake. Congratulations, Michael.
